It is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to determine whether any of the content and/or services are appropriate for their child.  

By using the website and buying the products (courses, books and supplements) and subscriptions, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are under no legal disability or contractual restriction that prevents you from entering into this Agreement.

LIVINGOOD DAILY

Livingood Daily offers through this website, courses, books, supplements and subscription wellness programs. Livingood Daily also offers special content on health, fitness and nutrition.

For more information about our courses and subscriptions please contact us, through our contact page, our support team will be attentive and available to answer your questions and concerns.

SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITE

When you place an order for a product (courses, books and supplements), you are offering to buy the product for the price advertised and stated on the website as at the time of purchase.Please check the price and features of the courses and mentorships, before placing an order.

When a user with the intention of buying a product on the website places an order, Livingood Daily will send that user an email to confirm that the order has been received. This confirmation by email will be generated automatically so that the user has the confirmation of the details of their purchase.

Livingood Daily may cancel any transaction and not provide the products, if it is reasonable to do so and may change or interrupt the availability of the products at any time at its sole discretion. 

The courses offered on this website are for personal use only, the commercial license is not included. The right to exploit the product and the commercial license can only be granted with written authorization from Livingood Daily.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Livingood Daily offers through this website the following memberships and subscriptions:

$27 each month (billing is done on the same day each month)

Monthly supplement subscriptions for 30, 60 or 90 days.

Users can cancel subscriptions at any time.

When you place an order for a subscription, you are offering to buy the subscription for the advertised price declared on the website, in accordance with the features offered on the website. Please check the price and features of the subscription, before placing an order.

When a website user with the intent to purchase a subscription on the website, places an order online, Livingood Daily will send that user an email to confirm that the order for the subscription purchased has been received. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of their subscription details.

Livingood Daily may cancel any sale and not supply services if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of the subscriptions at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the subscription will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscription may include automatic recurring payments for periodic charges. You authorize Livingood Daily to renew your subscription and to be charged periodically and progressively. The “Subscription Billing Date” is the date when you purchase your first subscription. Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date all applicable fees for the next subscription period. The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription Fee to your account. We will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method you provide to us during registration. The subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period unless canceled before the Subscription start date. Canceled subscriptions will immediately lose access to paid features on the website.

PAYMENTS

All payments toLivingood Dailyare handled securely. Products and subscriptions will be paid through “Stripe” (credit card), Shopify Payments, and PayPal.

Payment will be debited from your credit card (Stripe), Shopify Payments, or PayPal account immediately upon you placing the order for the product or subscription you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. 

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products and the subscriptions. Livingood Daily reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses and the eBooks.

PRICES

Livingood Daily reserves the right to determine pricing for products and subscriptions. Livingood Daily will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. Livingood Daily may change the fees for any product or subscription, including additional fees or charges. Livingood Daily, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of Livingood Daily users.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Dr. Livingood mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Livingood Daily (“Dr. Livingood”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Dr. Livingood’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dr. Livingood through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Dr. Livingood. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449452426 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Dr. Livingood mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

By purchasing the products and subscriptions, you accept personal responsibility for the results.  You agree that Livingood Daily has not guaranteed the results of taking any action, whether or not it is recommended on this website.
